Our SZILTHERM insulating window glazing has been awarded the Grand Prix for Value and Quality!

This year, for the sixth time, the Value and Quality Grand Prix competition was launched, inviting entries from industry and business in 45 product categories. Our company took part in this prestigious competition with our SZILTHERM range of insulating window glass, which has now also been awarded a prize in the Energy Efficient Building Products category.
The direct successor to the Hungarian Product Grand Prix, launched in 1998, is the new, modern-based Value and Quality Grand Prix in 2018, whose mission is to highlight and promote the production of goods of outstanding quality and high added intellectual value that are competitive on the international market.
This is not the first time that CE Glass has done well in this prestigious competition: we were successful in 2005 and 2008 under the name Szilánk - the SZILTHERM product range was also awarded the Hungarian Product Grand Prix for Outstanding Building Product by the jury.
The Grand Prizes for Value and Quality were awarded in the Chamber of the House of Parliament on 7 September 2023. At the ceremony, János Latorcai, Deputy Speaker of the Parliament and patron of the competition, stressed that the trademark has a serious role in providing security and strengthening the product, as it represents both outstanding value and certified and verified quality.
The certificate and the Hollóházi porcelain trophies symbolizing the right to use the trademark were handed over by Sándor Farkas, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Parliamentary State Secretary, who said in his speech that this year 46 applicants deserving the award stand out from the market players with their performance and value-oriented approach, and they are the best of the best.
